About the role

Join TAMOCHA at CapitaSpring, Raffles Place.

Certified team members earn a S$3,200 basic monthly salary. This is basic salary, not a figure that depends on overtime or bonuses.

New team members start at S$2,800/month during paid training and progress to S$3,200/month after passing practical certification. Candidates with relevant experience may be assessed for an appropriate level.

44 working hours per week, 6-day work week, with no split shifts. Rosters are published in advance so you can plan your time outside work.

What you’ll receive

• S$3,200 basic monthly salary after certification
• Paid training at S$2,800/month
• No split shifts
• 10 days of paid annual leave in the first year, progressively increasing to 14 days
• Staff meal for each 8-hour shift, or S$8 meal allowance when a meal cannot be provided
• One staff drink per shift
• Up to S$120 per year reimbursement for non-slip work shoes
• Applicable overtime pay paid separately

Planned employee benefits

Planned employee benefits include dental coverage of up to S$600 per year, with 20% employee co-payment for eligible expenses, together with hospitalization, 24-hour accident and life insurance.

Insurance benefits are subject to final insurer eligibility, policy terms and commencement date.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything on day one. Training is paid and we’ll teach you our products and operating procedures.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working in a hands-on F&B environment and willing to learn beverage preparation, desserts, customer service, POS operations, cleaning and general store operations.

Relevant F&B, café, bubble tea, barista or customer service experience is welcome, but candidates without direct experience may also apply.
