Part-Time Tea Barista / Service Crew

Earn S$15–S$16/hour after certification

• S$15–S$16/hour after skills certification
• Minimum 4-hour shifts

Tell us the days and times you can regularly work, and we will confirm suitable shifts with you based on store needs.

You can stay part-time long term. There is no requirement to convert to full-time employment.

Actual monthly earnings vary based on mutually confirmed working hours. Part-time employees are paid according to the hourly rates stated above.

Your Pay Grows With Your Skills

New team members receive paid training at S$13.50/hour.

After training:

• Basic Crew: S$14/hour
• Certified Crew: S$15–S$16/hour

Team members who progress further may earn:

• Senior Crew: S$16.50/hour
• Designated Senior Responsibility Shift: S$17.50/hour
• Designated Shift Leader Duty: S$18.50/hour

Higher rates apply after the relevant skills certification and, where applicable, assignment to the designated responsibility or leadership shift.

Company-designated peak periods may also receive an additional S$1/hour.

A Part-Time Job That Can Stay Flexible

Shifts start from 4 hours.

Applicants who can consistently provide at least 2 available shifts per week will be prioritised.

Once you are trained and familiar with the store, you may be given priority for fixed recurring shifts and additional available shifts.

If we need extra help outside your confirmed schedule, you can choose whether to take the shift. Additional cover shifts are voluntary.

Stay Longer, Get Rewarded

Complete 500 cumulative working hours and receive a S$150 reward.

Complete 1,000 cumulative working hours and receive an additional S$300 reward.

That is S$450 in total milestone rewards after completing both milestones, subject to the applicable programme terms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare tea beverages and desserts, serve customers, operate the POS, restock supplies and help keep the store clean and organised.

You will also work together with the team during busy periods.

No Previous Barista Experience Required

Previous bubble tea or barista experience is not required.

Training is provided and paid.

We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

Experience in F&B, cafés, bubble tea, barista work, retail or customer service is welcome.

Going Away for School or Internship?

If you leave in good standing for exams, school, internship or other commitments and return within 12 months, you may be eligible to restore your previous skills level and hourly rate after paid refresher training, subject to available vacancies and reassessment.

More for Regular Team Members

You will receive one staff drink per shift and may have opportunities to participate in new product tastings, new store openings and training activities.

If you later decide to move into full-time employment, your existing skills certification may be considered when applying for an eligible full-time position.

Our current certified full-time crew basic salary is S$3,200/month, subject to the requirements and terms of the full-time role.
