Job summary

Philippine Business for Social Progress Inc. in Maasin invites a Programme Officer to provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities across the catchment area for clinical TB management and adherence to DOH NTP protocols.

You will coordinate with laboratories, health offices, and community volunteers, oversee reporting in ITIS, ensure timely referrals and treatment initiation, and support capacity building of RHUs/CHOs in DR-TB care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science with 2+ years in PMDT or TB-DOTS.
• Associate/Certificate in Allied Health Science with 3+ years in PMDT TB care.
• Experience in TB services and PMDT training is an advantage.
• Strong English/Filipino communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities for TB management adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with laboratories and health offices for testing and treatment monitoring.
• Assist in reporting, data consolidation, and community TB activities.
• Support capacity building of RHUs/CHOs and field staff in TB care.
