Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting a Tax Supervisor to support the Maples Group's Manila operations. You will lead high-volume US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for 40+ jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years of professional experience and 1–2 years coaching junior staff, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Onsite work in Taguig, Metro Manila, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in tax or accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with US IRS tax forms and corporate registrations is a plus.

• Prepare, review, and maintain a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and registrations for 40+ jurisdictions.
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tax forms and registrations comply with established protocols and deadlines.
• Maintain trackers in MS Excel and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Your Role

• As a Supervisor (Tax Forms), Client Accounting, you will:
• Be responsible for the preparation, review, and maintenance of a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately, and with a high degree of professionalism
• Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols.
• Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received
• Be expected to perform other duties, including maintaining trackers on MS-Excel, preparing weekly/ monthly reports, billing & invoicing, and maintaining proper records of client work
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to ensure deadlines are met
• Display a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required
• Ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required
• Be responsible for coaching and managing junior staff.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 5 years of professional work experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience coaching and managing junior staff
• Previous financial services, investment industry, or accounting experience is a plus
