Job summary

Medinex Limited is seeking an experienced Tax Executive/Manager to oversee outsourced tax computation engagements for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage tax compliance, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.

The role requires 3+ years in tax, CPA/ACCA/CA/CTA preferred, and proficiency with tax software and Excel. You will lead engagements, liaise with clients, and stay current with Singapore tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/CTA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax computation and compliance.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams.
• Proficiency in tax software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end outsourced tax computation engagements for corporate clients.
• Review and prepare tax computations in compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and related compliance requirements.
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve tax-related queries.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations.
• Keep up to date with changes in Singapore tax laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Support tax audits, reviews, and inquiries from tax authorities when required.
• Improve internal processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
