Responsibilities

• Review and process received transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including remittances, policy changes, tax calculations and discrepancies.
• Respond to general tax inquiries from clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Process year-end production tax slips timely and accurately.
• Provide excellent service via email, phone, or written correspondence with proper research and analysis.
• Meet daily service level agreements and maintain high accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams across offices to handle dynamic volumes and service standards.
• Propose process improvements to optimize service efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments within Policy Services.
