Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst with Tax Experience to support the Finance and Accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years in Finance and Accounting with tax exposure, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR regulations. Onsite in Makati City with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with tax experience.
• Working knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR regulations.
• Experience with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax filings.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze accounting and financial data for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial transactions and investigate variances.
• Prepare and file tax returns, tax schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR tax requirements.
• Assist in tax audits and related documentation.
• Monitor tax deadlines and file payments.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other tax reports.
• Maintain organized financial and tax records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties on accounting and tax concerns.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
