Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated Junior Tax & AI Automation Analyst to join our Tax Services team in Manila. This role blends tax operations with data analytics and automation across global clients.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in tax or financial services, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Data Analytics, and strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency via automation and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (preferred) or Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Tax, fund accounting, audit, or financial services OR Data analysis, process automation, or operations.
• Exposure to financial services (funds, private equity, real estate) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Tax Operations & Data Review: support preparation and review of tax deliverables and investor-level reporting.
• AI & Automation Support: assist in development and testing of automation workflows for tax processes.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: document workflows, follow structured processes, and identify efficiency improvements.
