Job summary

McCann Worldgroup in Manila is seeking a Tax & Compliance Officer to ensure tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness across entities. This role partners with Finance, auditors, and regulatory bodies to manage tax risks and ensure full regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead BIR tax audits, prepare tax disclosures for financial reporting, and advise on tax-related matters while driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with CPA preferred.
• 3–6 years in taxation, compliance, or corporate tax reporting.
• Experience with BIR filings and audits.
• Hands-on with tax disclosures for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Lead end-to-end BIR audits and respond to findings.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tax matters.
• Maintain tax records and compliance documentation.
