Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in tax compliance, accounting, or finance is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BIR processes, VAT, and Withholding Tax is helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file all required tax returns and supporting schedules for BIR and other agencies.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes with BIR and related bodies.
• Maintain books of accounts and submit requirements to BIR as required.
• Assist in BIR audits and tax assessments by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Maintain organized tax records and proper documentation for all tax-related transactions.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts and ensure proper journal entries.
• Prepare schedules for interim/annual audit of books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance tax compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess impact on the company.
