Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification.
• Strong accounting and tax technical background with US GAAP/IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall engagement and staff allocation.
• Review quarterly/annual tax provisions for US GAAP and IFRS.
• Review balance sheet tax accounts and tax basis adjustments.
• Coordinate with EY country teams and clients on tax issues.
• Support spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions and BEPS-related work.
