Overview

As a Manager in PwC Philippines, you\'ll lead a team of problem solvers, addressing complex tax and compliance issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Lead tax risk management and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence across projects and jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic technical advice and guidance to the business on tax risk policies, procedures, and technology tools.
• Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations for tax risk management and firm leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in tax law, regulations, and risk management practices, and proactively share insights with the team.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of tax risk strategies.
• Provide ad hoc support to the wider Risk Management team as needed, while ensuring alignment with firm objectives.

Qualifications
