Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager in Laguna, Philippines. The role focuses on tax compliance, maintaining accounting records, and coordinating filings with BIR and statutory bodies.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting practices, with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Key duties include preparing tax returns, validating BIR forms, and supporting audits while ensuring documentation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIR tax filing and compliance, SEC and PEZA.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and filings.
• Check, validate, and file BIR forms including 2550Q, 0619E, 1601-series, 1702-series.
• Prepare tax documents such as 2307, 2316, SLSP, QAP, and SAWT.
• Reconcile taxable amounts with tax return figures.
• Prepare monthly depreciation schedules and related tax schedules.
• Handle accounting and tax-related issues.
• Prepare closing entries for taxable amounts and filings.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Assist in tax filings and statutory reporting.
• Ensure records comply with BIR substantiation requirements.
