Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Assistant - Tax Compliance to support the preparation, monitoring, and filing of tax-related documents in accordance with BIR regulations. The role assists the Accounting team in maintaining accurate tax records, processing invoices and official receipts, and ensuring timely submission of BIR requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years in tax compliance, with knowledge of VAT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years accounting experience, preferably in BIR/tax compliance
• Knowledge of BIR regulations, deadlines, and filings
• Familiarity with eBIRForms, BIR registration documents, and tax returns
• Experience in preparing/organizing 2307s and other BIR documents
• Basic knowledge of VAT, percentage tax, withholding tax, and income tax
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Detail-oriented and organized with good record-keeping
• Able to meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information
• Willing to learn and adapt to tax regulation changes
