Job summary

DV Consulting Inc. in the Philippines seeks an accounting professional to support accounts payable and lead accounts receivable activities.

The role covers end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, billing, and financial data management, with emphasis on accurate records and timely reconciliations. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of related experience, familiarity with accounting software (QBO preferred), and strong analytical skills while upholding integrity and confidentiality in a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related functions.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, and GL is preferred.
• Experience with QBO or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related functions.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, bank reconciliation, and general ledger is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Experience in maintaining accurate accounting records and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
