Snapsnack in the Philippines is seeking a Finance professional to manage regulatory filings and tax compliance. The role involves preparing BIR registrations, ensuring SEC/BOI/NSO reporting, and mitigating compliance risks.

You will oversee BIR audits and coordinate with management on tax law updates. Candidates should have a finance-related bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in finance, audit or taxation, with proficiency in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1+ year in finance, audit or taxation.
• Wamiliar with BIR/SEC compliance and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process BIR and business permit registrations and updates for relocation, expansion or closure of branches.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, BOI, NSO and other local government reporting.
• Identify non-compliance areas and mitigate task risk.
• Assist in designing and implementing an accounting system to meet laws and regulations.
• In-charge of BIR audits including schedule preparation and reconciliations.
• Discuss tax law changes with management and related departments.
