Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Talent Consultant to lead high-volume recruitment for Cleaning and Security roles across Australia from a work-from-home setup based in the Philippines. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, extend offers, and manage onboarding, while building strong talent pipelines.

• Strong computer literacy with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, cloud storage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities across national stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, superior time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

As a Talent Consultant, you will:

• Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment activities across Cleaning and Security roles nationally for Australian business units.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring schedules, extend offers, and manage onboarding handoffs.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, candidate communities, and expression of interest forms for regular and hard-to-fill roles.
• Optimize recruitment processes, ATS workflows, and templates to reduce time-to-fill, automate repetitive tasks, and improve candidate conversion rates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners (labor hire, agencies, clients) while ensuring strict candidate compliance.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple roles and business units.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to drive end-to-end recruitment workflows.
• Computer literacy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, cloud storage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities across national stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, superior time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience recruiting within facility management, cleaning, security, or blue-collar industries.
• Background supporting Australian (AU) market recruitment and labor compliance standards.
• Experience engaging with labor hire agencies, disability employment services, and external recruitment partners.
• Proven track record in process automation, recruitment metrics reporting, and candidate experience optimization.
• Ability to design recruitment templates, candidate feedback loops, and talent pooling strategies.
