Qualifications

• 3–6 years in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in professional services.
• Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills using behavioral techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with professionalism and attention to detail.
