Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, BA or related field preferred.
• 0-1 year recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and candidate handling skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Proficient with job boards, spreadsheets and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Post approved vacancies and organize applicant records.
• Schedule interviews and send candidate instructions or reminders.
• Collect requirements and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist recruiters with screening and candidate follow-ups.
