Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Clarify job requirements and develop hiring strategies with stakeholders.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics, bottlenecks, and market feedback.
• Support employer branding and recruitment process improvement.
