You will help source candidates via online portals and social media, review applications, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers. Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recruitment/sourcing experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruitment platforms.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup and support the company's recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and relevant experience.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to verify applicants' backgrounds, qualifications, availability, and salary expectations.
• Endorse qualified candidates to the Recruitment Officer or Hiring Manager for further assessment.
• Maintain and update candidate records, sourcing trackers, and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Officers regarding manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and confirming applicants' availability.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
