• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and hiring profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment tracker/database.
• Embrace innovation to streamline processes and enhance the recruitment experience.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Leader as needed.
