Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the APAC Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience.

The role focuses on interview coordination, recruitment administration, sourcing support, reporting, and projects across the APAC region. 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or similar experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide sourcing support and assist with initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate candidate assessments and interview logistics.
• Support the offer process, including preparing offer documentation and following up on acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Update recruitment trackers and dashboards for reporting.
• Assist with talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
