Electronic Transfer and Advance Processing Inc. (eTap Inc.) seeks an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Support role to assist in posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and managing offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or HR management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining an applicant database and candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review documents and qualifications of job applicants for support roles to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Coordinate the job application process with applicants including background checks, completion of requirements, and providing status updates.
• Perform paper screening of job applicant’s resume and endorse qualified candidates for interview.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the processing of their talent acquisition requests.
• Conduct job interviews for entry positions.
• Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations for succeeding job interviews.
• Prepare job postings of vacant positions.
• Prepare and review simple proform communication.
• Coordinate the logistics of hiring activities for the unit.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate applicant database and records.
• Organize, record, and file job applicant documents.
• Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
• Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What a Talent Acquisition Looks Forward to Doing Well

Support HC Specialist and Supervisor in various tasks related to talent acquisition. Responsible for job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process. Deliver and execute the employee transaction accurately and timely as a hands-on processor
