Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support business analysis.
Data Processing and Transformation: Clean, process, and transform raw data into reliable and usable datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.
Data Analysis and Business Insights: Analyze data using statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business performance and operational efficiency.
Reporting and Data Visualization: Develop, maintain, and customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and actionable manner for different business units.
Data Pipeline Support: Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines and automated processes that improve data collection, preparation, and reporting efficiency.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data validation processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with the MIS Supervisor and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, deliver analytical solutions, and support strategic business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different departments to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support that addresses business needs.
Business Intelligence: Deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights into operational performance, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Support the enhancement of data collection processes, reporting systems, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Data Quality Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity through validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data quality processes.
Compliance and Security: Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies while adhering to eTap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
Other Duties: Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned while maintaining alignment with company processes and standards.
