Job summary

CGI Philippines Inc. is seeking a Talend Support Consultant, Mid Level, to design, develop, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using Talend.

You will implement scalable integration projects, collaborate with architects and teams, and ensure adherence to standards. The role requires hands-on Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud expertise, strong Java/SQL skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application integration or middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL SQL, and scripting technologies.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Certification in Talend or related integration technologies is a strong advantage.

• Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement.
• Support knowledge sharing within the integration community.

Position Description

The Talend Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable, and high quality integration solutions across diverse business and technology environments while ensuring adherence to integration standards, architectural best practices, and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of integration initiatives, support business and IT stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across integration processes and platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities
