HelloConnect in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Embroidery Digitizer to convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files and optimize stitch paths for multiple fabrics.

You’ll work with Tajima DG16 and Wilcom, focus on production efficiency, quality control, and seamless integration with embroidery teams. Join a dynamic, learning-oriented environment that values collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience preferred.
• Expertise with Wilcom or Tajima software required.
• Experience supporting embroidery production teams and optimizing digitizing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer artwork into production-ready embroidery files.
• Create efficient stitch paths minimizing trims, jumps, thread breaks, and downtime.
• Digitize for multiple fabrics: Performance apparel, caps, knits, wovens, heavy jackets, bags.
• Apply proper stitch sequencing and object ordering; optimize designs for brands/formats.
• Review sew-outs and adjust digitizing to fix issues like puckering, registration, and coverage.
