GHD Group is seeking a Tailings Design Modeller to support modelling and design of tailings storage facilities and related civil works. The role involves creating 3D models, drawings, and documentation for tailings projects, earthworks, and drainage, working with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of tailings or civil design experience and strong Civil 3D skills, with the ability to interpret designs and coordinate across project stages.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of tailings, mining or civil infrastructure design experience.
• Proficient in creating 3D models and engineering drawings with Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of earthworks, grading, drainage and related design.
• Able to interpret engineering designs, technical requirements and specs.
• Collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and update 3D models and drawings for tailings facilities and infrastructure.
• Support civil modelling across dams, earthworks, grading, roads and drainage.
• Prepare drawings, plans, sections and design docs with Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to refine designs.
• Possibility to lead a project package on a Tailings project.
• Support design reviews through stages of project delivery.
