Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its Civil Infrastructure group in the Philippines. You will lead planning, design and delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with local and global teams, and contributing to proposals and tenders.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects and design delivery.
Strong design background across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors.
Experience leading design reviews and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Proactive, quality-focused and solutions-oriented project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects in line with client and standards.
Prepare and review designs, calculations, reports, and specifications for relevant sectors.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and stakeholders for integrated solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and build technical capability across the team.
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and technical submissions as required.
