EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly driven Digital Sourcing Manager to lead our online sourcing strategy and build a robust candidate pipeline across key functions.

You will leverage digital platforms, analytics, and innovative sourcing techniques, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, enhance candidate experience, and strengthen employer branding across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and digital sourcing tools.
• Experience in handling high-volume and specialized hiring requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpreting sourcing data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite; report onsite (Mall of Asia).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Lead and optimize sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and niche talent communities.
• Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing insights.
• Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels to strengthen talent attraction.
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing tools, AI platforms, and automation solutions.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
