Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Expense Report Auditor to join our onsite night shift team. You will audit high-volume employee T&E claims, verify receipts, GL coding, and policy compliance while reconciling corporate card feeds.

You will guide employees on T&E policies, track KPIs like audit cycle time, and collaborate with Finance, AP, HR, and IT to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiables: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of T&E expense audit experience in an accounting role, preferably in a multi-regional and multi-currency organization.
• Proven experience reconciling corporate card feeds and detecting non-compliant spending or policy violations.
• Ability to work under a monthly accounting close schedule and meet SLA deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach to internal stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Audit high-volume employee T&E claims to ensure accurate itemized receipts, GL coding, tax calculations, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile corporate card feeds against submitted expenses to detect irregular spending, duplicate billings, or personal use.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to guide employees and managers on T&E policies, reimbursement status, and expense system usage.
• Maintain audit logs, track T&E performance KPIs (audit cycle time and violation trends), and support audit readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, AP, HR, and IT to resolve processing bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
