Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking an experienced Travel and Expense Analyst to audit employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance. You will manage case work, generate expense trend reports, and drive improvements in T&E processes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 2+ years in related auditing. The role is hybrid with a 4pm–1am night shift, requiring regular presence at the GM office three times per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years in travel and expense auditing or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with expense management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Concur, Oversight).

Responsibilities

• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentation.
• Identify and flag non-compliant transactions and follow up with employees for resolution.
• Generate regular reports on expense trends, policy violations, and audit findings.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding expense submission and policy interpretation.
• Work within the company’s expense management system and participate in system testing and upgrades.
