Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking a Finance SSC professional focused on Travel & Expense processing within the Global Finance Shared Service Centre. The role emphasizes end-to-end T&E, reporting, and KPI/PPI achievement while collaborating with regional finance and other SSC functions.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in T&E, experience with SAP/Concur, and strong Excel skills. A proactive communicator with a can-do attitude will thrive in this busy, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University Degree in Business/Finance/Management or accounting-related field.
• 3–5 years in Travel Expense processing and reporting in a BPO/Shared Service setup.
• Experience with end-to-end T&E processes and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; macro skills preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in improvements and optimization of T&E processes and procedures.
• Execute T&E processing in line with Vestas SOPs.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules.
• Conduct analytical reviews to meet KPIs and PPIs for the function.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage end-to-end corporate card program.

Finance SSC - Accounts Payable & Travel & Expense > Finance SSC - Travel & Expense > T&E Issue Resolution

As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, the team is primarily responsible in providing standardized, rule-based services to the region. This refers to the end-to-end processes of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel & Expenses. Works closely with Regional Finance, Treasury and other SSC functional areas to ensure issues and concerns are addressed positively and in accordance with prescribed deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in further improvement and optimization of T&E processes, procedures in Finance and Accounting.


• Execute T&E processing fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures.


• Promptly engage and collaborate with Regional Finance and other business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.


• Prepares daily and monthly reports and accompanying schedules and specifications.


• Performed analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned


• Assists in developing training plans and knowledge sharing with team members.


• Manage the end-to-end corporate card program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, accounting graduate


• With experience on Travel Expense process and Reporting With at least 3 to 5 years working experience in the same field


• With BPO/Shared Service experience


• Preferably with SAP Concur knowledge


• Good / average English communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Experience in the end-to-end Travel & Expense process


• Good at identifying issues and finding practical solutions


• Exposure to ERP platforms - SAP


• Adept in data presentation and analysis


• Good communication skills - able to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal and external


• Willingness to learn different systems and take on other tasks as may be assigned
