Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS/Business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with practical outcomes.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent work items in a structured environment.
• Experience providing project administration, coordination, or support services in tech or business improvement contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare meeting minutes, track actions, and maintain project documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa for a fixed-term role of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional and operational support across enterprise business systems.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreed timeframes.
• Assist with testing scenarios, scripts, and test data; support integration testing and user validation testing.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements; document current-state processes and enhancements.
• Monitor and support system integrations and data flows; support SharePoint-based solutions and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and service partners; maintain clear documentation and test artefacts.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager across initiatives; prepare minutes and action items.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and team activities; manage project documentation repositories and governance artefacts.
• Willingness to travel within APAC region as required for business initiatives.
