Job summary

Citi in the Philippines is hiring an Ops Sup Analyst 1 in CBPS to provide non-voice operations support, including sales support, MIS, Day 2 reviews, and record maintenance. This entry-level role serves as a liaison between operations, project managers, custodians and clients, and participates in regulatory reviews with Legal & Compliance teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SQL are preferred.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of client reporting across the industry.
• Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and document current and future state of client reports and advices.
• Provide regular status updates and create presentations for steering committee updates.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to obtain sign-off on regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology; advise on options, risks, costs, and timelines.
• Prioritize business needs and timelines with stakeholders.
• Create and facilitate training sessions, demos, and write UAT scripts.
• Manage and maintain project plans and follow-ups across departments.
• Handle multiple projects delivering regulatory client deliverables.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and align with Citi policies and controls.
