Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements by analyzing existing code and documentation and compiling them into an SRS. Qualifications

• Analyze current system behavior to understand functionalities and workflows.
• Document findings in a System Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Conduct workshops with clients to ensure alignment on requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Test Suite to validate the system against the SRS.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify behavior matches expectations.
• Investigate defects and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Log SIT results and track defect resolutions.
• Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and clarify system behavior.
• Coordinate with developers to address issues identified during UAT.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
