Radii Global is seeking a Business Analyst in the Philippines to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Java-based applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented across the software development lifecycle.
The role involves coordinating SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and test case execution, plus supporting change requests.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in business requirements analysis, software testing, and Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, support system testing activities, and collaborate with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
Develop and execute test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
Support change requests, issue analysis, and solution validation.
Work with Java-based applications and coordinate with development teams during implementation and enhancement projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
Hands-on experience in software testing, including SIT and UAT.
Working knowledge of Java applications and the software development lifecycle is a MUST.
Experience with SQL, JIRA, or other requirement and defect management tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
