Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in Systems Integration (SI) or IT industry is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort with numerical data and contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, accountable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage contracts, document filing, and renewal tracking.
• Assist in preparing proposals and qualification documents for RFPs (enterprise and government).
• Coordinate billing requests, invoice issuance, and AR follow-ups.
• Track equipment deliveries and coordinate with logistics and internal teams.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and provide admin support to the sales team.
