• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of database security, change management, and project management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Review technical designs to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines and standards.
• Support test case preparation and address business and technical inquiries.
• Investigate service desk escalations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle
