Job summary

Capgemini in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional specifications and manage delivery across Agile or Waterfall projects. You will engage with business, IT, vendors and project teams to ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in Business Analysis within banking, strong knowledge of banking products, APIs, data mapping, and experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 7–10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and processes (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Digital Banking).
• Experience with API requirements gathering and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and core systems is desirable.
• Certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum BA) are advantageous.

• Analyze AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes, identifying improvement opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and processes, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Digital Banking, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven experience conducting gap analysis, impact analysis, API requirements gathering, and data mapping.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, IT delivery teams, vendors, and external service providers in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and core banking systems is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum BA) and experience working with regional or offshore teams are advantageous.
