Job summary

Innova Care Concepts seeks a Systems Integration Lead to design, build, and manage integrations across our core platforms including SAP ByDesign, ProCore, Simpro, HubSpot and Clockify. The role ensures a connected environment with real-time data flow across Finance, Operations, Sales, Project Delivery, and Field Service.

The candidate will architect integration solutions, automate workflows, and maintain a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering systems integration across ERP/CRM/PM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS, and integration architecture.
• Experience with data mapping, data modelling, and system-to-system workflows.
• Comfortable with SQL and JSON data formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a central integration layer linking SAP ByDesign, ProCore, Simpro, HubSpot, and Clockify.
• Build real-time, bi-directional data integrations using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and validation processes for data accuracy.
• Create a central project view from sales handover through delivery and service completion.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Field Service teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust error handling.
• Maintain technical docs, data dictionaries, and system guides.
• Manage vendor relationships for integrations when needed.
• Support user adoption and process improvements as new integrations are rolled out.

Systems Integration Lead

Role Overview

Innova Care Concepts is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to design, build, and manage integrations across our core business platforms - SAP Business ByDesign, ProCore, Simpro, HubSpot, and Clockify.

This role will own the development of a connected systems environment, ensuring real-time data flow across Finance, Operations, Sales, Project Delivery, and Field Service teams. The successful candidate will design integration architecture, improve data accuracy, automate workflows, and create a single source of truth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a central integration layer connecting SAP Business ByDesign, ProCore, Simpro, HubSpot, and Clockify.
• Build and maintain real-time, bi-directional data integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Create a central project view covering the full lifecycle from sales handover through delivery, installation, and service completion.
• Integrate key business data including project status, financial information, resource planning, stock movements, invoicing, customer records, and asset information.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Field Service teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement error handling processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and system support guides.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party integration partners when required.
• Support user adoption and process improvements as new integrations are introduced.

• SAP Business ByDesign - ERP, finance, invoicing, procurement, stock, and sales orders
• ProCore - Project management, documentation, drawings, and resource planning
• Simpro - Field service management, assets, invoicing, and stock control
• HubSpot - CRM, leads, deals, quotations, and marketing campaigns
• Clockify - Time tracking and resource utilisation

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering systems integration projects across ERP, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST services, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS tools, and integration architecture.
• Experience with data mapping, data modelling, and system-to-system workflows.
• Comfortable working with SQL and structured/semi-structured data (JSON, APIs).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign, HubSpot, ProCore, or Simpro integrations.
• Background in construction, engineering, field service, or project-based environments.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and BI tools such as Power BI.
