Job summary

Connext is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP, databases, and operational platforms. You will build API-based integrations, data pipelines, and automate workflows to improve reporting, analytics, and system efficiency.

Based in Davao, the role is on-site (Bajada) and will transition to remote work after a few months. The schedule is 11 PM - 8 AM PH time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to optimize data architecture and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in application integration or related technical roles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ERP systems or platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, data modeling, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with Power BI and data modeling.
• Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining API integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience supporting system integrations between finance and operational applications.

Responsibilities

The Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between enterprise applications, ERP systems, databases, and operational platforms. The role ensures reliable data exchange, system automation, and reporting accuracy by connecting business systems such as ERP, logistics platforms, reporting tools, and third-party applications. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency, automate business processes, troubleshoot integration issues, and support scalable technology solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain integrations between ERP systems, operational platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop API-based integrations using REST, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines supporting reporting, analytics, and business operations.
• Ensure accurate, secure, and reliable data exchange between connected systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate data discrepancies, and implement solutions.
• Support ERP configuration, automation, data mapping, and system enhancements.
• Develop workflow automation solutions to reduce manual processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Support Power BI datasets, reporting structures, and analytics improvements.
• Assist with data warehouse initiatives and long-term system architecture improvements.
• Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document system integrations, technical processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Recommend system improvements, technology enhancements, and process optimization opportunities.
• Support evaluation and implementation of new software platforms.

• Experience in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in working with any ERP systems or platforms.
• Experience in Power BI, data modeling, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data modeling.
• Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining API integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience supporting system integrations between finance and operational applications.

Work Location: On-site (Bajada, Davao) and will transition to WFH after few months
