Job summary

24/7 International Corporation is seeking a software engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications in the Metro Manila area. You will troubleshoot and fix issues, deploy changes, and perform thorough testing to ensure stability.

The role requires collaboration with analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams, and active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to maintain high coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in software or system development.
• Strong experience in Java enterprise application development.
• Experience in debugging, enhancement, and production support.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, database integration, and web application development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and system functionalities based on requirements.

Provide application support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for reported system issues and program errors.

Deploy programs and system changes following standard program movement and deployment procedures.

Perform code testing, debugging, and validation to ensure application quality and stability.

Analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate system solutions and recommendations.

Serve as a technical resource by providing consultation and support for application development, enhancement initiatives, and technical inquiries.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders during development and deployment activities.
