This hands-on role combines architecture with day-to-day operations to drive reliable performance and upgrades aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, strong system-architecture knowledge, and can start immediately or relocate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, load balancers, firewalls).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and deployment practices.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux/Windows servers and open-source tools.
• Programming or scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Based in Manila or willing to relocate; can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop architecture designs.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend effective technical solutions.

• Define system requirements, documentation, and implementation steps.
• Automate routine processes and support system optimization.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance as needed.
