Qualifications

• Experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Strong ability to map business processes to system requirements.
• Comfort with reading databases and data mapping; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Prior ERP implementation experience or system rollout support.
• Attention to detail in validation and reconciliation of data and logic.
• Clear communication with technical implementors and non-technical users.
• Organized, methodical, and able to maintain documentation and verification tasks.

• 3. Read, interpret, and extract data from existing databases and legacy systems for validation and reference
• 4. Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, data cleanup, and reconciliation
• 5. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in process logic or data before and during implementation
• 6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm process accuracy
• 7. Prepare clear documentation of processes, assumptions, data structures, and system decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications
