SID Global Solutions is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support a banking data migration project in Metro Manila. The role bridges business stakeholders, migration teams, and technical resources to ensure accurate, secure data migration.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with 10+ years in enterprise software and data migration experience, plus strong requirements analysis and risk management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes requirements of the Project.
• Analyzes Project Source System's Object Model, Metadata requirements, File Transfer requirements, and other relevant requirements.
• Develops the functional requirement document based on BU submitted project requirements.
• Secures approvals from key stakeholders.
• Analyzes the Project's Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Assesses Document Migration feasibility.
• Creates the project-specific Configuration template for system development.
• Coordinates test strategies and use cases with the testing team.
• Assists in executing performance testing activities.
• Coordinates with PM, developers, vendors, and business users.
• Supports system implementation and migration activities.
• Reports status to the project for progress.
• Participates in KT sessions to Application Support and Maintenance Teams.

IT Systems Analyst supporting a banking data migration project should possess expertise in banking operations, data migration methodologies, data mappingand reconciliation, requirements analysis, database technologies, compliance regulations, testing,and risk management. The role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, migration teams, and technical resources to ensure accurate, complete, secure, and compliant migration of banking data from source systems to target platforms.

Education:

Bachelor's degreein Computer Science,Information Technology, or a relatedtechnical field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex, enterprise software development and implementation.
• Preferably with data migration-related projectexperience

Duites and Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzesrequirements of Project
• Analyzes Project Source System's Object Model, Metadatarequirements, File Transferrequirements, and other relevant requirements that shall align with the system Mapping and Object Models.
• Responsible in developing the functional requirement document based on BU submittedproject requirements.
• Secures approvals from key stakeholders.
• Responsible for conducting analysis of the Project's Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements align with system’s current available functionalities.
• Assessment of DocumentMigration feasibility.
• Creates the project-specific Configuration template to translate the design for system development
• Provides and alignsthe applicable test strategies and use caseswith the testingteam for test execution.
• Assist executing performance testing activities specificto the system
• Aligns specific technicaldetails with the PM and key stakeholders
• Creates Installation Guide (IG) to be includedin the deployment presentation
• Creates Troubleshooting Guide to be provided to the Project.
• Raises requests for creation of specific access groups.
• Consolidates and coordinates for necessary production readiness requirements prior to production deployment
• Participate in IT projects from planning throughhypercare
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and businessusers.
• Support system implementation and migration activities.
• Reports regular statusto the project for progress
