Job summary

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM/BDM, preferably IDMC and MDM SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in data integration, data migration, ETL/ELT, APIs, system interfaces, and data validation.
• Testing experience: functional, SIT, UAT, and E2E validation.
• Experience in data modeling to support enterprise data management.

The IDMC MDM SaaS Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The role serves as a key liaison between Business and Technology teams, translating business requirements into functional solutions that align with enterprise data governance standards and business objectives. The Systems Analyst collaborates with Business Users, Data Stewards, Developers, Vendors, and Project Managers to deliver scalable and high-quality MDM solutions. Key responsibilities include requirements analysis, data modeling, integration analysis, deployment coordination, data quality management, production support, and driving Customer 360 and master data governance initiatives. The role also includes supporting functional, system integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end (E2E) testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management solutions, tools, and platforms
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT development and system analysis.
• Has worked with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Big Data Management (BDM), preferably within the Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and MDM SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience in Data and Analytics projects involving data integration, data migration, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, system interfaces, Microsoft Azure Services, and data validation activities.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end‑to‑end (E2E) validation.
• Proven experience in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical data model design to support enterprise data management initiatives.

Skills:

• Programming Languages: Experience and knowledge in coding in Python, SQL, Java is an advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong solution definition, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure
• Technical and Business Communication: Ability to communicate both in technical language with developers and business language with business partners.
• Technical Competency: Excellent understanding of solution development methodologies and application development with high level understanding on financial products and processes. Hands on experience (implemented and completed at least 2 projects, end to end) on:
• Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration
• Enterprise ETL (Extract Transform, Load), Data Quality (Informatica Hub, BDM/ BDQ)
• Master Data Management tools (Informatica Data Director, Data Modeling, MDM Hub Console,
• MDM Configuration). Has worked with Customer 360, Provisioning tool and MDM APIs
• SQL Proficiency. Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge on SDLC: Knowledge, understanding and experience of software development life cycle, agile methods and processes, and capability to support project and delivery teams.
