Job summary

Synechron seeks an Informatica MDM Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions. The role focuses on improving data quality, governance, and accessibility across enterprise systems.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to trusted master data across environments. The candidate will implement and maintain Informatica MDM capabilities, including Hub, IDD, hierarchy management, match/merge

Qualifications

• Informatica MDM Hub: 3+ years hands-on development, configuration, and production support.
• IDD: configuring user interfaces, workflows, data stewardship activities.
• Match & Merge: develop and manage match rules, survivorship logic, validation rules.
• Hierarchy Manager: design/maintain relationships and hierarchies.
• SQL/PL-SQL: strong data analysis, validation, and programming.
• Relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent.
• Web services/REST APIs: integrate Informatica MDM with source/target apps.
• Data modeling, governance tools, metadata principles, and quality controls.
• Development & testing tools: source control, defect tracking, deployment, testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
• Configure Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, Hierarchy Manager, match/merge rules.
• Develop data models, governance controls, survivorship logic, and quality rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate master data requirements into solutions.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, cleansing, validation, and issue investigation.
• Integrate Informatica MDM with source/target apps using ETL, REST APIs.
• Analyze and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
• Participate in requirements, design, estimation, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure data governance, security, privacy, and access-control standards.
• Maintain documentation, mappings, procedures, and support knowledge.
• Deliver maintainable solutions supporting data transparency and quality.
