Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled System Administrator to oversee and optimize our server and database performance across Windows, RHEL, and VMware environments.

The role involves managing patch cycles, vulnerability remediation, backups, and disaster recovery, with onsite work at Ayala Ave, Makati and readiness for after-hours shifts. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience and can start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology or IT-related field.
• 2–3 years as System Administrator for VMware, RHEL, and Windows with patch management and remediation.
• Willing to work onsite at Ayala Ave, Makati City and to cover mid/ night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize server and database performance, patch management, vulnerability remediation and Infrastructure maintenance across Windows Servers, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and VMware virtualization platforms.


• Maintain a secure, stable and compliant enterprise environment through structured patching cycles, automated remediation workflows and proactive system hardening.


• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and high availability strategies for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology or any IT related course.


• 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator of VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Windows with patch management and vulnerability remediation.


• Can start asap.


• Willing to perform mid to night shift schedule (after office hours) for the remediation.


• Willing to work onsite in Ayala Ave, Makati City.
