Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily pig production operations across breeding, gestation, lactation, and nursery units at our Concepcion facilities in the Philippines.

You will lead farm staff, ensure health and welfare of sows and piglets, monitor production targets, and maintain precise records to support welfare and performance metrics. This role offers full-time, on-site work with opportunities for process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the farm's breeding program and maintain records.
• Oversee heat detection, AI procedures and gestation management.
• Ensure biosecurity, animal welfare, and welfare across breeding and gestation areas.
• Train and supervise staff; schedule tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with swine sales for hog classification and volume planning.
• Oversee lactation unit activities including farrowing and piglet care.
• Maintain accurate health and production records across units.
• Ensure facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with standards.
